This polished concrete floor is designed to provide an extremely hardened surface with ranges of goss/reflection and resistance to abrasion, stains and chemicals. The polished concrete surface is easily maintained according to the ULTRAFLOR Maintenance Specification.

ULTRAFLOR Maintenance – A maintenance procedure for routing maintenance for ULTRAFLOR polished concrete systems. This specification is applied to all ULTRAFLOR systems and is designed to maintain original floor luster and to continue to protect against wear.

                Low Traffic Environment – A lower frequency of floor maintenance

                Medium Traffic Environment – More frequent floor maintenance

                High Traffic Environment – High frequency of floor maintenance
