STANDARD LEVEL INSTALLER

The Standard Level installer may include any company or persons that have been through both schools and have the ability to install a quality ULTRAFLOR®  project. This level of installer should own at least 1 or 2 Diamatic grinders, (or an approved equal fitted with Diamag plates). They must understand the installation of Ardex repair products, primers and Diamatop. They must also understand the ULTRAFLOR®  chemical systems and how they work. They may bid work on their own and install ULTRAFLOR®  projects.

PRO LEVEL INSTALLER

The Pro Level installer must meet all of the qualifications as the Standard Level requires with the additional requirements of owning a minimum of 4 heavy platform Diamatic machines, (or approved equals fitted with Diamag plates). The Pro Level installer must have a minimum of 5 years experience in self leveling overlays and polished concrete systems. This level installer must be able to mobilize more than one crew at the same time. Must be able to assist Elite Level installers within the network on occasion. (See reference to DMS below) The Pro Level installer must be able to bid and execute ULTRAFLOR®  projects at high level.

ELITE LEVEL INSTALLER

The Elite Level installer must meet all of the qualifications for the Ardex Level Master Elite and for the Diamatic Standard and Pro Level Installers. Must own 4 or more Diamatic machines and be a regular user of Ardex and Diamatic consumables, including diamonds, chemicals, repair products and cementitious overlayments. This level installer hands all of our National account work and is able to perform multiple installations simultaneously The Elite Level installers have 10 plus years experience in all areas of  ULTRAFLOR®  installation. They must keep and maintain current certificates at all times for their key field personnel. Elite Level installers attend advanced level classes in both Ardex applications and ULTRAFLOR®  installations.
