Diamatic© New Products for 2019
San Diego, CA (January 15, 2017) – Diamatic© released three new products designed to meet specific needs in the marketplace. The DRP-1254 – Ride-on propane machine, 780-P large platform propane grinder, and the 735 XL electric grinder.
- · DRP-1524 – The DRP-1524 is designed to polish and refine concrete in the most cost-effective method possible compared to traditional mechanical polishing methods. This ride-on propane machine eliminates the need for electric power. The DRP-1524 utilizes the science of SILEX© Silica Stacking© floor treatment technology, high-quality abrasive tooling and profilometer (surface roughness meter), in order to produce the highest quality floors. The machine is powered by a 627cc Briggs & Stratton© Vanguard motor with an emissions data analyzer and Donaldson© intake filter. The DRP-1524 includes a heavy-duty transmission, heavy-duty centrifugal clutch and includes a tach/hour meter for tracking maintenance. The patent pending free spinning heads have specially designed bearings to allow for both flexible and rigid heads all-in-one system. The DRP-1524 boasts the most power in its class while maintaining a quieter smoother operation.
- · BMG-780 P – This propane planetary concrete grinder and polisher packs a punch with its powerful 993 cc Briggs & Stratton Vanguard liquid propane engine. This machine is cord free and ideal where power is limited or unavailable. It is a heavy-duty industrial production machine that features a quick-change belt system, variable speed control and a heavy-duty gearbox and clutch. The BMG-780-P is easy to mobilize machine and utilizes the proven Diamatic© 780 Pro frame and planetary system.
- · BMG-735 XL – The new BMG-735 XL is based on the BMG-735 Ultra Pro platform, however the addition of the toe kick shroud now allows for an additional 4 inches of reach under palette racking and shelving. It is another heavy-duty machine from Diamatic© that features an electric motor packing 16.9 HP with variable speed control. The 3 head planetary design features 15.2” heads to help utilize the additional 4” of reach. A new panel box design allows for greater protection of electric components. Oversized wheels allow for greater mobility and an ergonomic trigger pull handle allows for better operation and transport protection.
